This coffee is characterized by its strong sweetness. It has a candy-like sweetness, reminiscent of ramune and other candies, while also offering a refreshing lychee-like finish.
This is a family-owned farm in the Zecerás region of Huila, Colombia, inherited by brothers Jonathan and Joan Gasca. They cultivate many rare and high-quality varieties, including Geisha, Pacamara, Pink Bourbon, and several other rare varieties. In addition to traditional washed processing methods, they also incorporate advanced techniques such as thermal shock and anaerobic processes.
