[How to make cold brew]
- Measure out and grind the coffee beans. We recommend grinding them a little finer than for drip coffee .
- Remove the filter part (where you put the coffee powder) from the outer lid, then remove the inner lid and add the ground coffee.
- Attach the inner lid to the filter. Attach the filter part to the outer lid and set it in the bottle.
- Pour the water into the coffee grounds (filter). Pour in several portions while watching how the water is extracted through the filter.
- Place the cold brew carafe in the refrigerator. We recommend brewing for 12-20 hours. Experiment to find the flavor you like!
- Once the predetermined extraction time has elapsed, remove the filter part from the outer lid and it's complete.
Cold brew with a refreshing and mellow taste
Simply put coffee powder or tea leaves in the included filter and pour in water to easily make cold brew coffee or tea. The filter has a fine mesh to prevent fine powder from escaping. Be sure to remove the filter before pouring.
A smart pouring carafe
There is no need to open and close the lid to pour, and the structure makes it difficult for dust to get in. The spout is designed to prevent dripping. The lid design has been renewed to make pouring even easier.
Easy to clean
The parts are easy to install and disassemble, making them easy to clean and hygienic to use.
