First of all, the aroma gives off a wealth of flavor, and as you drink it, the flavors change depending on the temperature.

Gesha's El Vergel farm is also a producer that sympathized with their project and helped them develop a flower corridor.

After harvesting, the cherries are separated by floating to separate the densest and sparsest cherries, and any vegetation that may have been introduced during harvesting is removed. Then, through rigorous hand selection, immature cherries are removed. Once only the fully ripe cherries are collected, they are subjected to 80 hours of anaerobic drying in GrainPro bags. Finally, they are dried for 21 days on African beds made of plastic netting.

SUDUS is a project that aims to enrich the biodiversity of coffee producers' farms by creating flower corridors on their own farms and those belonging to their communities, thereby contributing to increasing coffee yields and improving the quality of the coffee.

Nicolas, the project leader, was a student of Davi's uncle when he was a teacher, and as adults they began working together on the same content: coffee.

The project itself is mainly based in the province of Quindio, but we also have partner producers in Huila and other provinces.

Our main business is exporting and supplying, and some of the farms we deal with are also part of the SUDUS Project community.
